Peak Season: March to May
The summer months in the Philippines offer the best conditions for paragliding in Oslob. During this period, thermal lifts are strongest due to the east-facing site overlooking the sea, creating ideal updrafts for longer and higher flights.
Weather Conditions
Paragliding is weather-dependent. Ideal conditions include light to moderate winds (10-25 km/h), clear skies, and good visibility. Flights may be postponed during strong winds, rain, or thunderstorms — your safety is always the priority.
Time of Day
Morning flights (9-11 AM) and afternoon flights (2-4 PM) offer the best thermal conditions. Morning flights tend to have calmer winds, while afternoon flights may offer stronger thermals for longer air time.
Tips for Planning
- Book in advance during peak season (March-May)
