Booking Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for bookings at Oslob Cebu Paragliding Development (OCPD) are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary cancellation by the customer
• No-shows or failure to arrive at the scheduled time
• Change of plans, travel delays, or personal emergencies
• Dissatisfaction with the experience

2. No Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled. We do not offer cancellations, partial refunds, or credits for future use. Please ensure you are certain of your travel dates before completing your booking.

3. Weather-Related Postponements

Paragliding is a weather-dependent activity. Your safety is our top priority. If weather conditions make flying unsafe:

• OCPD reserves the right to postpone or cancel flights
• You will be offered a reschedule to a later date at no additional cost
• No refunds will be issued for weather cancellations — only rescheduling
• Rescheduled dates are subject to availability

4. Arrival & Punctuality

Customers must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flight time. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking without refund. OCPD is not responsible for delays caused by transportation, traffic, or other external factors.

5. Safety Cancellations

OCPD reserves the right to cancel or refuse a flight for safety reasons, including but not limited to: exceeding weight limits, health concerns, intoxication, or failure to follow safety instructions. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking and making payment through our website or any other booking channel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Cancellation and No Refund Policy. This agreement is binding upon payment.
