When is it flyable? (weather guide)

Good to Fly

Clear or partly cloudy skies
Light to moderate wind (5-20 km/h)
No thunderstorm forecast
Good visibility (can see the coastline)

Not Flyable

Heavy rain or thunderstorms
Strong winds (above 25 km/h)
Very low visibility or thick fog
Lightning detected in the area

Best season: December to May (dry season) has the most consistent flying days. June to November (rainy season) has more postponements but flights still happen on good days.

Best time of day: Morning flights (9-11 AM) are usually the calmest. Afternoon thermals (12-3 PM) can give longer flights.

The pilot always decides. Even if it looks fine, the pilot checks wind speed, direction, and cloud formations before every flight. Your safety is the #1 priority.

I acknowledge that paragliding involves inherent risks including injury, disability, and death. I voluntarily assume all risks and release OCPD, its officers, employees, and representatives from any liability.

I confirm I am in good physical health and agree to follow all safety instructions. The decision to fly is at the pilot's discretion based on weather and safety.

Ticket & Payment Terms

1. All payments are non-refundable.

2. Weather cancellations will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

3. Tickets are valid for 6 months from purchase date.

4. OCPD may cancel or reschedule flights for safety reasons.

Via Public Transportation

1 Ride a bus from South Bus Terminal to Oslob (approx. 3-4 hours)
