By signing below, you acknowledge the inherent risks of paragliding and release OCPD from liability.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that paragliding is an adventure activity that involves inherent risks including but not limited to: injury, disability, and death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in paragliding activities organized by Oslob Cebu Paragliding Development (OCPD).

I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless OCPD, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in paragliding activities.

I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in paragliding. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to the pilot and staff.

I agree to follow all safety instructions given by the pilot and staff. I understand that the decision to fly is ultimately at the discretion of the pilot based on weather and safety conditions.

1. All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes in plans.

2. Flights are subject to weather conditions. If the flight is cancelled due to weather, you may reschedule to a later date (no refund).

3. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking without refund.

4. OCPD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule flights for safety reasons. In such cases, rebooking will be offered.

5. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
